1. Introduction

Welcome to VI&CO. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

VI&CO provides short-term rental accommodation services in London and Paris. We act as a property management company on behalf of property owners.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Making a Booking

To make a booking, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate personal information
• Have a valid payment method
• Agree to these terms and conditions

2.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

A security deposit may be required for certain properties. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, subject to inspection.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. Additional fees such as cleaning fees or service charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Guest Cancellations

• More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus service fee
• 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund

3.2 Modifications

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your reservation.

3.3 VI&CO Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund and we will assist in finding alternative accommodation where possible.

4. House Rules

All guests are expected to:

• Respect the property and its contents
• Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing
• Not host parties or events without prior approval
• Not smoke inside any of our properties
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Dispose of rubbish properly
• Follow check-in and check-out times

4.1 Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
Standard check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4.2 Pets

Pets are not allowed in our properties unless explicitly stated in the listing. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Liability

5.1 Our Liability

VI&CO takes reasonable care to ensure our properties are safe and as described. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Minor variations from listing descriptions
• Third-party services (transport, activities, etc.)

5.2 Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary to process your booking, including:

• Name and contact details
• Payment information
• Identity documents (for verification)
• Communication history

Your data is used to:

• Process and manage bookings
• Communicate with you about your stay
