The House
Villa Mastandrea is organised across three floors, each with its own distinct purpose. The upper floor holds the first bedroom: a spacious double that opens directly onto a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, with deck chairs, a sunshade, and a private vegetable garden growing seasonal produce. It is the finest spot in the house to watch the Amalfi sunrise. A private en-suite shower room sits on the same level.
The main floor is the social heart of the home: a generous living room with a comfortable sofa, television, and sea-view windows that frame the coastline like a painting. A second double bedroom and shower room sit on this level, making the floor quietly self-contained.
The lower floor houses a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the lower terrace: a sun-drenched outdoor dining space with a decorated table and chairs, made for long Mediterranean lunches. Steps from the terrace lead down to the private garden with a barbecue area. Throughout the house, traditional handmade majolica floors and fine furnishings give Villa Mastandrea a character that belongs entirely to the Amalfi Coast.
