A residence for families and small groups who want the view from a little further up, and a long evening soak after the day's adventures.
The Apartment
The second-floor plan is the same generous footprint as the apartment below, lifted closer to the sky. The open kitchen — Ceppo di Gré stone, natural oak, a sculpted central island — opens to a long living and dining space lit through tall windows and a glazed door onto the main balcony. Two double bedrooms and a single sit behind, each in soft sage walls and warm timber, with bespoke wardrobes and tailored lighting. Two resin bathrooms continue the building's signature material language; one is fitted with a deep hydrotherapy bath, the kind of room you slip into in the evening rather than rush through in the morning. Two private balconies — one off the living area, one off the bedroom side — frame the lake and the mountains, the long view always present, the noise of the world always somewhere else.
