Residenza Belvedere IV is built around its terrace — sixty-seven square metres of open-air living with a private spa bath, dining and lounging zones, and an uninterrupted line of sight across Lake Como to Bellagio and the Alps beyond. Three bedrooms inside, the lake outside, and the kind of sunset that asks you to stay another night.
The Apartment
Inside, the apartment is calm and bright. The open kitchen — Ceppo di Gré stone, natural oak, a central island that doubles as breakfast bar — flows into a living and dining space defined by tall windows and soft pendant lighting. Three bedrooms sit behind: two generous doubles in muted greens and oak, with bespoke wardrobes and slatted screen detailing, and a single room that works equally as a child's bedroom, guest room, or quiet study with terrace access. Two resin bathrooms feel sculpted from a single surface, soft and seamless. The terrace is what most guests will remember: deep enough for a dining table for six, comfortable loungers, and a freestanding spa bath, the whole space framed by greenery and the mountains beyond. A secondary balcony off one of the bedrooms catches the morning sun.
The Neighborhood
Civenna sits high above the central branch of Lake Como, a quiet hillside village where mornings begin slowly and afternoons drift into the hills. Bellagio is moments away down the lake road; Menaggio, Varenna, and the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Ghisallo all sit within easy reach.
