The third residence in our Marylebone collection occupies a classic Georgian floor on Gloucester Place — and it is, in many ways, the most complete of the three. The proportions are exceptional: a vast open-plan reception room with deep plaster cornicing, two full-height sash windows dressed in floor-length linen, and twin crystal chandeliers that transform the room by evening into something properly memorable. At one end, a white marble fireplace with an ornate tiled surround. At the other, a sleek floor-to-ceiling white gloss kitchen with granite worktops. In between, a cream leather sofa, a glass dining table set for six, and Barcelona chairs that catch the light from the windows. It is a room that works at every hour — bright and airy in the morning, warm and candlelit at night. This is a VI&CO residence — which means nothing is left to chance.
The open-plan living and dining room is the heart of the apartment — generous, warm, and considered in every detail. The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped, opening directly onto the dining area. The master bedroom is generous and composed: a charcoal button-tufted headboard, full-width mirrored sliding wardrobes, an original fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a full bath and rainfall shower finished in warm stone tiling. The second bedroom is smaller but has genuine character — its own original fireplace. A second bathroom with a curved glass shower enclosure and black granite vanity serves the apartment with ease.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across the two bedrooms and an additional bed in the living room.
