Tucked just off Brook Street, a short walk from Bond Street and a world away from the noise of Oxford Street, it is quiet, unhurried, and entirely itself.The townhouse spreads across three floors and feels exactly like what it is: a private London home, carefully put together and genuinely beautiful. Oak floors run throughout. Linen drapes frame sash windows that look out over the street. Original artwork sits above the bed and on the staircase landing. The reading chair in the corner of the reception room — a cream accent chair by the window — is the kind of detail that tells you someone thought about how this space would actually be lived in, not just photographed.There is nothing here that feels like a rental. That is entirely the point. This is a VI&CO residence — which means nothing is left to chance.
The reception room is warm and considered — a dark sofa, oak sideboard, wall-mounted TV, and that reading corner by the sash window. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped, with a four-seat dining table set against a large window overlooking Avery Row. The king bedroom on the upper floor has a dark leather headboard, wall sconces, marble bedside tables, and full-height fitted wardrobes. The full bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, and heated towel rail. The townhouse accommodates up to 5 guests across the bedroom, sofa bed, and a single bed available on request.
