The Apartment
Spread across one expansive garden-level floor, Residenza Belvedere I has been designed for slow living. The open kitchen, finished in Ceppo di Gré stone and natural oak, anchors a long living and dining space lit through tall windows and softened by linen-toned upholstery. A sculpted island invites lingering — coffee in the morning, a glass of something local in the evening. Beyond, a deep arched loggia stretches almost the full width of the residence, framing the lake and the mountains; here a generous dining table sits alongside loungers and a hanging chair, the mood of the space shifting with the light. Two bedrooms are tucked behind, all finished in soft sage walls and bespoke oak joinery. Two resin-walled bathrooms feel sculpted from a single material — soft, seamless, almost monastic in their restraint. The defining feature is the private wellness area: a Finnish-style sauna and an oversized hydromassage tub set into a wood-clad room lit by candlelight and pin-spots.
