‼️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests booked:
• 2 guests: Super king round bed
• 3–4 guests: Super king bed + sofa bed
• 5 guests: Super king bed + sofa bed + single bed
If you prefer a different setup, please inform us in advance so we can arrange everything perfectly for your arrival.

‼️ IMPORTANT: As required by the Municipality of Como, a City and Tourism tax needs to be paid in cash directly at the apartment. It is calculated as €3.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 nights. You can leave it inside the apartment before checking-out and you should send us a picture as proof. If we don’t have the taxes paid, we will have to request double the amount via airbnb as penalty.
